Wasn't call forwarding part of the regular package for the initial HUB and scout package? I see it is now only with premier?

AFAIK, call forwarding was never part of the Core level service.

Yes, I believe it was never part of the Core package.

It was definitely never part of the core or basic service unless you purchased the original Ooma Core for $400 which included all of the features that are now part of Premier as part of the package deal.
