I can't access my voice mail from my cell phone. I have changed the tones from normal to long. That did nothing. OOMA tells me that once my number is ported it will work. Also it seems that I need to unplug and re-power up my Telo on a daily baisis. If I am online and try to make a call either it will not ring at all or it will ring once and then busy signal. It seems the standard answer from tech support is that once porting is complete the trouble will end. Does this sound correct?
