I can make out going calls. But when I try to call my ooma phone there is silence for a long time and then a recorded voice tell me 'this use is not accepting calls, try again later'.

I have searched this forum and do not find a fix. I have checked the envelope and pressed it to go from blue to red and back to blue. All lights on ooma right now are on and blue.

What might I try next?
