Outbound touchtones not recognized

Hi,
Just installed my new Telo yesterday along with a set of Panasonic KX-TGA652 handsets. Today I called a company with an automated attendant and my key press of a digit 6 was not recognized from a handset. Then I called from the Panasonic base/speakerphone and it worked normally. I have a couple of Telo handsets on order but this is not acceptable. What's going on here and how do I fix it?

Hello,

Is it just the number "6" button on the handset?
Are you able to call a phone number that has a "6"?

Could be a problem with the button. If so, you can contact
support for a RMA or return to place of purchase if within their return period.

The handset Rob is using isn't Telo handset I am thinking.

Exactly - not a Teola handset - just one from my Panasonic cordless set.

I don't think it's a problem with the button or phone but I suppose that's worth checking.

Was asking if this is a known problem with the Teola system.

I've called a few automated systems and it works okay for me (but I have a Hub). I remember one time having some trouble but I just pressed the numbers longer and that seemed to work.

Couple of prefix dialing you can try to see if it helps:
*99 to force G.711 codec
*70 to disable call waiting

Seems to be a transient problem. Have not seen it since this one time. Have those * key codes stored away in case it happens again.
