I have ooma hub with scout. I have two numbers (home # in area code 603 and work # in area code 978). I have a cell phone with area code 978. If enable call forwarding from my cell to my ooma home # it works fine. When I enable call forwarding from my cell to my ooma work # it goes to a voice message asking for my pin #. Ooma has been working on this problem for about 3 weeks now with no idea when it will be fixed so I figured I'd ask you folks for suggestions.
Other problem, when I call from my cell to my ooma home phone # the caller ID correctly displays my name. When I call from my cell to my ooma work number the caller ID displays "cell phone MA." Ooma has been working on that problem for 2 months now with no end in site. Any ideas?
