i came up with a temporary solution. Apparently the ports are "randomly" being blocked on my network connection and I can't "tunnel" the calls, i've found that changing the mac address of my ooma hub (usually increasing it by 1) it will work for a few calls. Irritating but it works for now..

I had the same problem, and I used this reset procedure, at first it DIDN'T work, but I discovered, when you reset the OOMA, you must HOLD THE OOMA TAB DOWN until it starts flashing RED; not just until the lights start flashing. Once that is done, it worked.
