I am a new user to Ooma and in the process of porting my old Bellsouth number. My problem is in my work I use a Telxon date transfer terminal. The company I work for has a dedicated line for this purpose. I am unable to call this 800 number through Ooma. CS tried and they could not get through either. I tried the *99 prefix to no avail. Any suggestions.
Still a satisfied user.

Ooma needs to check with their providers to see what is broken with the routing of your call.
