We just started using a conference call service to hold daily status meetings at my employer, and I need to call in from home however I'm unable to use my OOMA to do it. When I enter the conference number, whether it's from a Telo handset or a regular cordless, it says I'm entering an incorrect conference number. When I use my cell, I have no problem. It's almost as if the Ooma is sending incorrect touch tones or something.

Anyone else have this?

I tried pressing the numbers with mute on as well, it didn't work.

Sometimes, not often for some reason an outside service will not be able to "hear" the tones, this has happened to me on occasion but not all the time. I just keep trying and it will work. Is there another number, such as a bank or credit card company that you can try to see if you have the same problem.
