Voicemail notifications are currently unavailable

I had an Ooma hub and got the Telco yesterday. I am also a Premier member so I have all premium services.
But when I log into the Ooma side I get this message under voicemail:

Voicemail notifications are currently unavailable

Anybody seen this ?

Yes, another thread stated a problem with it and they have apparently shut it off until it is fixed.
Customer since January 2009

It seems much worst. Even call forwarding is not working. When I log into my ooma and try to change it it fails:

Please check out following fields

■Could not proccess you request to server.

But the Ooma status page says everything is green. How useful is it to have a status page if it doesn't reflect current issues ?
