Hi,

my number is finally ported and now I have my land line number as the main Ooma number, I also have a secondary number from Ooma,

However, I lost my primary Ooma number that I got when I activated my hub,

is there a way to get it back? I cannot seem to add more numbers as I was able to before the port.
I just want my ported number as primary and the original Ooma number as secondary or vice versa.

Call customer support as soon as you can. They can retrieve your old "primary" number and swap it with the secondary one. If it has just been a couple of days, there should not be a fee for the swap and your old number should still be available.
