Can't get to myooma.com

Post by rrgone » Fri Apr 02, 2010 3:41 pm

The last few days I haven't been able to get to myooma.com and can't get my voicemail on my PC. When I click myooma at the main ooma site I get an error message. The IE tab says We're sorry, but something went wrong (500) and the page displays this message: Image

It seems to be an Internet Explorer issue because I installed Firefox and it goes to myooma.com and lets me log in. What could have happened to IE to cause this? I admit I was mucking around with settings in IE recently and removed some toolbars I didn't know where installed and changed some security settings. I have tried to restore the security settings to the defaults but that didn't help. Any ideas?

Windows XP and IE8.

Hello,

Try clearing cache files:

-In IE8, look for a tab called "Tools"
-click on the dropdown arrow
-select Internet Options
-check box on delete browsing history on exit
-click on Delete button
-check all boxes
-click delete
-close browser after it is done.
-launch a new browser

I got the same error message as rrgone, but I'm using Firefox 3.6.3.
Clearing the cache did not work for me. Any ideas?
(I can get to my.ooma with Safari)

This worked for me. I have Firefox 3.6.3. Go to Tools --> options -->clear your recent history --> everything (this was required for me)
