Turning voicemail off

I have a hub/scout and I have premier service.
I have a fax machine connected to the hub and a wireless phone base connected to the scout.
Everything is working fine except I can't figure out how to turn voicemail off for the line I use for faxes.
I'd prefer that if a call comes in and the fax is busy the other party would just get a busy signal or, it would just continually ring but they wouldn't get into voicemail.
How do I do that?

You can set the number of rings before VM picks up to the max, 59 seconds, in my.ooma preferences.
