After I activated and installed the system, when I went to set up voicemail by pressing the play key after getting the ooma tone, it would start the setup process and then disconnect. This happened whether I used the hub to do it, or whether I called into the voicemail system to do it. It disconnects at a different point every time. Then, when I called my phone to see what was on the voicemail, the default voice starts to say I'm not there, then disconnects, so it can't take a message.
