every thing fine for 5+ months - but now every call out results in a busy signal (including my cell phone which I know is not "busy").

I can receive calls fine.

Any ideas?

cycled power on the hub ... now the hub and scout pulse "red". Still get a dial tone. But no call out ability.

Did call myself and leave a message no problem.

Does ooma support monitor this forum?

I am guessing "no" ... been ~3 weeks without being ableto make outgoing calls.

Going back to Vonage is begining to look good.

You have been posting to a USER forum. Although an ooma moderator sometimes drops by, your best bet is to call ooma customer support at 888-711-6662.

If you would like some help from fellow users, please tell us about your configuration - do you have a landline integrated, do you have the Telo (black) or the hub (white), is it before or after your router, can you access the Internet with a computer connected to the home or home network port of the ooma? The answers to these questions will help us help you.
