Cannot use my caling card

Hi,

not sure why but my calling card is not working with Ooma Hub.

Basically, I call the local number on the calling card and it asks me for the PIN,
with Ooma the PIN never goes through, even if I keep putting the PIN, never goes through.

I checked the PIN again with my cell and landline works good.

I don't know the reason, but calling card and pinless prepaid will not work with ooma.

It might not work for you, but it does work for others. It might depend on the provider and their DTMF recognition systems. I just verified it works with at least one calling card provider. Also sometimes the Ooma "connect" tone (not to be confused with the initial Ooma dialtone) interferes with systems that need to recognize DTMF. Some people have success by disabling the Ooma connect tone.

Disable the Ooma "connect" tone if there is any, and try entering *99 [pause] before calling the access # for your calling card. See if that makes a difference.
