I just had my number ported today and incoming callers receive the following message: "the person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time". I have an OOMA Telo and the Telo is between the modem & router. It is not the "do not disturb" button and I have reset the Telo by powering it off/on.

Isn't it aggravating!! But there is a very simple solution! Most likely the little envelope on your Ooma Telo is red right now. If you press the little enveope and keep holding down on it for 3 or 4 seconds, that will clear it and your calls will come through normally. If you moved your Telo unit you probably leaned on the little envelope button by mistake and turned it on - I do it every now and then too.
