Cannot retrieve vm on Telo box, CAN get online

I cannot retrieve new voicemail messages directly off of the ooma Telo box. I can, however, see and hear the voicemail on "My Ooma." The Telo box has the blinking orange "play" light to indicate a new voicemail, but when I press it, nothing happens. When I listen to it on "My Ooma," the orange light on the Telo box goes back to blue.

Hello,

If you haven't already tired, what happens if you press the "play" button a little harder?
Did it work before? If you pickup the receiver connected to the Telo & use the keys on the phone to play vmail, does it work?
You can try a factory reset on your Telo - make sure to note down any settings
if you changed the config in setup.ooma.com. The factory reset will erase those values. If still no go,
the button maybe bad.
