I installed my ooma on my att uverse, and now my "send to voicemail" light is always on and I cannot receive incoming calls.

Has anyone else experienced this? My ooma "blue" ooma light is on and I can make outgoing calls.

Push and hold the button until the light goes out.

That did it thanks! I had clicked the button many times, but apparently I didn't hold it down long enough. The other buttons on the device work by a simple click, so I did not think to hold it down and wait.
