My Mom has been trying to call my old AT&T number that I just ported to Ooma a couple days ago but each time she got a message saying the number is no longer in service or has been disconnected.

Has anyone encountered this before? How did you resolve this?

Is your mother also an at&t customer?
If she is, have her call at&t and complain that a known working number is being rejected.

How about local incoming calls? Can you receive that okay? My mom just called me from Indonesia 2 days ago and it went through fine... but then I am still in the process of porting my number.
