Can I request what I want my called ID to say on outgoing calls?. I want it to say the name of my business. Right now all it gives is my ooma phone number. Thanks for any help.

Yep, you can customize your outgoing caller-ID name for $11.99. Right now the only way to submit this request is through the support team. Also, the caller-ID name must be no more than 15 characters long.

Slight variation, can I change what my outgoing caller id shows? Rather than full name I'd prefer first and an initial or a nickname. Anyway that the Ooma account holder can edit that?
