I have been calling OOMA for over a week now. It seems when the system went down about a week ago, my telo will no longer allow me to make 585-786-XXXX calls. When I try the line disconnects and I get a fast busy signal. I have been calling customer service every day since this started and was finally given a "ticket" number on my fifth call. They said they would look into the problem and get back to me in 24 hours. It has been 3 days since that and not a peep out of them. I have tried everything - factory reset (several times). unplugging over night then trying again, using area code when dialing - nothing seems to work. It worked fine until that update that set all the telos blinking.

If your ooma phone number is in the 585 area code dial w/o the area code.
I have the same problem if I dial in my area code and include the area code; this became a problem because ooma didn't have numbers available in my area code (480) so I took one in 602. Since I was in 480, the numbers in my phone directory didn't have the 480 prefix but the ones in 602 did. Now I have to change everything. Note - this wasn't an issue with my landline.

I have tried that also. Tried with and without area code, tried with 1+area code+number. Nothing works. I can call anywhere else but 585-786-XXXX. Thanks for the suggestion though.
