I am trying to dial

1-800-331-0500 (AT&T Wireless)
1-800-347-3288 (DirecTV)

Neither of these numbers are work, I get a fast busy when I dial them through ooma yet they work fine when dialed via my cell.

It didn't work for me this morning but when I called Ooma support to report it from work today, they told me to dial the numbers without a 1 in front. I'll try that tonight.

I am unable to dial toll free #s to attend to conference calls at night .......... I am not sure if this is a limitation with OOMA service that has been left out consciously ........ I am so frustrated with the customer service so far. No one seems to have clear knowledge of the limitations. Currently I have been on the call for over 45 minutes listening to the music at 1-888-711-6662.
