i was trying to call UPS, 1-800-742-5877. i get the busy signal right away and the light to indicate which line is active goes dark. i don't think the call is actually going out?

i called the same number with my cell phone and got through without a problem. how does this get fixed? :?:

I tried the same number several times and also got a fast busy signal.

This has happened before with the 1-800 numbers and Ooma had to do something on their end. Hopefully, they will get to it soon.
