I have a new telo with my landline attached to the WALL port while I wait for my number to be ported. After initial installation the attached phone would ring and I see calls in the Call Log at ooma.com. But there have been no calls logged since 12/31, and the phone no longer rings. I can still dial out. Connecting to the ooma web interface I see everything is ok.

Any ideas?

Disconnect the Ethernet cable from the "To Internet" port of your Telo. Wait for the logo to start to flash red, pick up the phone attached to the Telo, do you hear dial tone? If not, your wiring to the landline has a problem.

I thought there was no dial tone during the test but I may have pressed the headset button instead of speaker. In any case, I removed and replaced the landline cables and now the phone rings.
