Hello,

For some time, all my calls go strait to OOMA Voicemail.
I checked my Voicemail setting and i got it set to 9 rings.
I don't understand What to do, nor why this is happening.
You all got any ideas?

Nicoleas, you did not say if you are using the black Telo or the white hub? In either case, you need to make sure the lights are bright enough for you to see what is lit up. You will find the lighting control on the side of either unit.

Then Press and HOLD the envelope button for a few seconds. If the envelope button is red on the Telo unit, then all of your calls are being sent to voice mail. It will change to blue if you hold your finger on it for a little bit and your calls will come through.
