I dial a 718 area code number that I know works with my cell or broadband connected phone but hub tells me number is disconnected and not in service.

Other 718 area coded numbers work though

Any ideas?

Call support and ask them to verify the number that you are trying to call with their land line partner for that phone number.

I have discovered that even though I get a disconnect/out of service message when letting the message finish after a few seconds it starts to ring the number and go through! What is that all about? Still no fix as of yet after calling it in when first posted.

Sounds to me like a routing issue with our carrier. If you can provide phone number, date, & timestamps, I can open

Fixed again as of 2/16/10 lets see how long it lasts this time.I was unable to ascertain a reason once again.
