I have the same problem. I am seriously getting frustrated with the Telo system. I am close to return it and going back to the Telo Hub.

Beside the Handset seems cheaply made and do not like the sharp edge all around the phone. The volume on the Telo itself is way to low.

I am okay with the service, I am not 100% happy with the overall service and have considered switching to Vonage, but will continue to see if they can work out all the bugs. I also already have all my handsets, but feel so let down that only one works, and barely at that.
