It sometimes happens in as little as 4 days and sometimes can take up to 4 or 5 weeks. It can depend a lot on the originating carriers that own and control the databases.

It wouldn't hurt to call Ooma customer service to make sure they have the right info.

Unfortunately, sometimes it can take over a year. My Caller ID has showed either "VONAGE" or "OOMA INC" since I signed up for Ooma, now that would not be a big issue except I signed up in November of 2008...
Phone calls to overseas Customer Support as well as PM's to both Bobby and Dennis have produced no results (although in Ooma's defense, I did get a reply from either Bobby or Dennis at one point...)
