Several days (not consecutive) I get the message: The call call cannot be completed at this time Please try your call again later. I try calling the same number using my cell phone and the call goes through. Looks like they need to change the international provider they use to Dominican Republic. I cannot call to DR reliably using the ooma phone.

My Mom is trying to call Germany and getting a recording. She could not understand the recoded message, but I was wondering if these are similar issues or if she needed to dial a diferent format number.
