call forwarding not working

Trying to forward the number attached to my Scout to a Goove Voice number. The forwarding is set up to 'Enable Call Forwarding' and 'Call Forward All' - the call still goes into Ooma voicemail after 4 rings and not to Google Voice 9and Voicemail which is what i'm thinking about using - for Voice to text capability and single universal voice mailbox)

Does Google Voice know how to press "1" to accept the call?

Guess that is the problem. Major drawback making call forwarding of limited usefulness/annoying. Hopefully this will become an option in the future.

Yes, we will soon implement the choice to have to press '1' or no key press to get the forwarded / muti-ring call. We hope to have it implemented by the end of the year.
