We have attempted 3 times to call Germany with the same result. The number rings once or twice and then drops the line before the other party can pick up. Though the call is never connected, our account is charged for a minute of calling.

How do we get this fixed? What do you suggest as the next step?

Your account has been credited back for the incomplete calls.
Is the number you are calling, a cell phone?

With our low cost international calling program, there maybe some calls that do not complete 100% of the time.
You may want to try calling again later.
