Whenever I call someone they are telling me that my caller ID says "Other People" and my correct number. That's bizarre. I'm using the number that I selected from Ooma as my primary (default) number not my landline number.

I suspected that possibly a company maybe had this number before me? But, I did a reverse search on the number and can find no companies recently using it.

As a side note: the "name displayed" shows correctly on my Ooma account online.

Has anyone else had this issue? Some people will not answer my calls because they can't tell it's me-so kind of annoying.

It can take up to a couple weeks before your caller-ID name is set to your name. Do you know when you added your 2nd ooma phone number?

I added it several days before Christmas so not quite two weeks ago. I ended up calling Ooma tech support and they said they did something to fix it but that it would take a few days. Thanks!
