I have $50 calling credit since i bought ooma from Costco.com.
according to the rate, it is 2.5 cents to call China, and I should have 2000 minutes.

but when I dial 011 86 10 6666xxxx (Beijing number), I was told I have a 1000 and something minutes. (although I never got connected, i was reminded that I have $50 in my account)

is there anything wrong? Thanks

Hello,

The dollar amount(balance) is more meaningful as opposed to the number of minutes. I will check with our team to see if there is some issue with the algorithm.

Please note:

Rates are subject to change without notice. Calls are charged at a per minute rate and rounded up to the minute. Listed international calling rates do not include a mandated Federal Universal Service Fund (FUSF) fee.

*Subject to local laws, regulations, and terms of service.

With low cost int'l calling rates, some calls may not complete 100% of the time. You may want to try calling again later on.
