Been with ooma for close to 45 days now, and the premier trial expires in 15 days. One thing I did not find anywhere is Call waiting, and Call waiting caller id (ie when I am on a call and receive another call, I want to know whose calling). Is this supported with either Basic or premier package at all?

Ooma provides inbound caller-ID at no extra charge for all calls that come in on a number you've selected from Ooma or a number you've ported to Ooma. If you're using the Ooma system with a landline back-up, however, you'll need to get inbound caller-ID from your landline phone company.
