I set up my system on Friday. I called my phone and left voice mail and the light on the ooma would come on and my phones voice mail indicator light would come on. The message would also show in the Inbox of the Ooma lounge.

Something has happened since then as now if voice mail is left, the indicator light on the ooma does not come on, nor does the voice mail indicator on my phone blink. If I pick up the phone I also do not hear the stutter tone indicating I have voice mail. If I go to the Ooma lounge I can see the voice mail waiting, and I can also call voice mail from my phone and retrieve it.

Help?@!??!?

P.S. I emailed Ooma tech support on Sunday and have not heard back yet.

Your indicator light should be working again by end of day. We're chasing down an intermittent problem that affects customers who change their phone number, which appears to be why you were affected.
