My Ooma hub works fine and so was my scout. Went on vacation and during that time the power went out. The Hub continued to work but now the Scout will no longer work. I have rebooted it several times and it continues to light up red. I have even swapped phone cords and no go.
Any suggestions?

Powercycle the hub as well as the scout.

If this doesn't work, put the scout next to the hub and connect them together using the WALL ports on each.

Does the scout work now?

I had rebooted both devices 2 days ago with no result. I did nothing since my post, and magically the Scout started working yesterday afternoon.
I assume an Ooma tech did something on the Ooma side? I am just glad it works now.
