Cannot made outbound calls

Moved to a new residence and cannot make outbound calls or listen to voicemail from the Telo itself.

Original Telo. Wired. Handset is a Panasonic unit, not the Ooma one.

Have connection and Ooma light is blue. Inbound calls seem to work. Voicemail indicator works. Trying to dial out we have the Ooma tone and dialtone, but after dialing it goes to dead air for a while then busy signal. Trying to listen to voicemail via the Telo it just goes to dead air.

Checking online, outbound calls are not going through.

Have tried powering off and on the Ooma. No luck.
