How are incoming calls handled during power/internet outages?

Does ooma route them directly to voicemail? If you have the multi-ring enabled to another phone (cell phone or other landline), will that other phone ring?

Although I have noticed some were having issues with multi-ring when the hub was offline, I am not. (there is a glitch that effects some customers) With my hub powered down my multi-ring works fine.
However if your multi-ring isn't working for you during power down, callers will be sent to voicemail. So you're covered no matter what happens.
