Call logs not updating

I check my call logs often on the Ooma website but I notice they haven't been updating. Last update was Apr2 - 3:50pm. Many calls made and received since then and no changes made to my network, system or hardware. Device has been rebooted with no change.

How do I get my call logs to be actively updating?

Just to follow up, I believe I found the root cause of this: system clock.

Paging thru the caller id on my RCA base unit/answering machine, I noticed the date/time reset to 01/01 12am after my last Ooma logged call. Time stamp and displayed current date/time has been accurate since the problem ended.
