Calling my ATT cellphone gets only busy signal?

Post by Akai » Wed Jun 26, 2013 6:37 pm

My wife tried to call my cell phone but got only busy signal. I came home, tried it my self, it rang and immediately followed by a busy signal? I then called my Googlevoice number which forwarded the call to my cell and it worked, my cell phone wrang. Others had no problem calling me on my cell

Is this one of those strange situation? Do I need to contact OOMA?

I am guessing you used to be able to call your cell from your Ooma? (new folks, I'd ask if they are dialing 10 digits vs 7 digits etc without setting up 10 digit dialing)
Call Ooma customer service and report this problem.

Thanks Ibm, I always dialed 10 digits. Yes, I used to be able to call my cell from my OOMA.

I will call OOMA Tomorrow.

Although this is not common, I did experience similar issue one time all these years. It was only temporary for a few minutes. Trying to call 1 number.
