Unable to Hear

I just installed Ooma. While I'm about to port my number from Comcast I've tried to have my number forward to the Ooma temporary number. When testing it, the call comes through and initially I can hear the other side. Then within seconds, on the home phone side, I'm no longer able to hear the other end. They can hear my just fine.

Is this a Comcast issue or Ooma? Any fix?

What happens if you call Ooma number directly?
Do you have a phone connected directly to the ooma "phone" port?

Calling directly works well.

Yes, phone would be connected directly.

Try using a phone connected to your comcast phone service to call your Ooma number and see how that goes.
