I have a problem with my incoming calls. Once in a while, when someone calls in and I pick up the phone, I can only hear my voice speaking on the line and not the other person calling in. It doesn't happen all the time and outcoming call seems to be fine. Can someone please help me out with this problem?

Can you give us more details of how you set up the ooma? Is it modem-ooma-router or modem-router-ooma? Are you using your personal phone or is it HD1/HD2 handset?

It may be Qos issue. There have been reports from some Telo users that this happens certain time of day and it seems to be busy internet hours that it happens.

I don't believe it was the issue on my side. I called Ooma Support and they made some configuration setting changes on their end. Will need to continue and monitor if the issue is resolved when people are calling in on the line.
