I am a subscriber to the international bundle deal. The problem I'm currently having is I cannot make international calls because "my prepaid account balance is zero", the calls I'm making are to a landline not a cell phone, and no I haven't used all the allowed minutes in the plan. This has happened before along with some of my calls being disconnected because "my prepaid account balance is zero" Has anybody experience the same situation?

Check here https://www.ooma.com/products/international
To see if your international destination is included in the 1000 or 500 min international plan.
If not, you would need to pay via prepaid account.
