I am a subscriber to the international bundle deal. The problem I'm currently having is I cannot make international calls because "my prepaid account balance is zero", the calls I'm making are to a landline not a cell phone, and no I haven't used all the allowed minutes in the plan. This has happened before along with some of my calls being disconnected because "my prepaid account balance is zero" Has anybody experience the same situation?
