I initiated a chat with support today because my service is down. This is what they told me: "Unfortunately we are experiencing a service disruption that is impacting a large number of our customers. We are aware of the issue and expect to have it resolved shortly." Is anyone else affected by this outage? I'm wondering how long the network has been down. I don't see any posts on the OOMA Status & Updates Forum. My service is in Missouri.

I'm out of service in Colorado. I've rebooted a few times and it is currently down.

No service in South Carolina since early this AM. And no, they almost never update there network status because as long as its a problem with the end user (which they claim most of the time) nothing could ever be Ooma's problem.

My service in WA with an Arizona Number is down. Rebooted router and Ooma box, and still a blinking red logo, and busy signal on my phone.

edited: just came on line at 7:55 west coast time.

My service just came back online. I'll report if it goes back down as at least one other has experienced.

The Website was down as was phone service for several hours this morning. Ooma was silent on twitter and facebook and apparently has yet to share the fact that there was an issue? A little communication is a good thing...honest!
