Some calls do not ring on the Ooma handsets but do go to voicemail. I checked the latest of these calls and it does not show up in the call logs. The system is set to send me a notification via text message to my cell phone when a voicemail is recorded and it did that as soon as the voicemail was received. I have the system set to forward calls on network outage but the call was not forwarded.
Does anyone have any ideas why these calls are not coming through to the Telo and handsets?
I have ATT Uverse, Telo, 2 telo handsets and a POTS phone. The Telo is hooked direct to the Uverse modem/router.

Sounds like the calling number is on your Personal or the Community blacklist, and you have blacklisted calls set to go drirectly to voicemail. What you described has happened to me, and that seemed to be the most logical explanation.

Yes, currently call records are only created for calls that physically reach the telo.
