This is my mother-in-law's number. When we call, it sounds like it rings one time and then a partial ring and then silence. In the past, it would ring on her end, she would pick up and we could hear her but she could not hear us. My wife bought her phone for her, it is a cordless with several ones around the house. She does not remember the brand. The phone company there is "Golden Belt Telephone". This is the only # we have had a problem with. Any suggestions? Disconnecting OOMA for several minutes and reconnecting has no effect.

Try dialing prefixes

*98 force G.711 call
*99 force fax call

Whether you have better results or not, call customer service to find out why you have issues calling this one number.
