Hi,

System stops recording messages if caller pauses for 2 long a period. Does anyone know if there is a setting for this?

For some reason Target Pharmacy messages have a pause between parts of message and the important parts are not recorded.

Seems serious. Report it! Get a "ticket" and follow through. I know digital answering machines (the upgrade from micro-tape) used to do this because they used voice sensing in order to conserve the shared memory pool space.
It's obvious with all the users Ooma has that they'd have to do something similar or the data would quickly grow beyond the limits even Google could handle with the promise of "Unlimited" storage.

So report it, there's probably a setting they need to tweak for certain cases of very important calls like the one your reporting.
