Incoming call not working

Hi,
I just called my mom and she said that she had been trying to call me today, but all she gets is a click, no ringing. Is there a problem at OOMA today? I normally don't have any problems, that I know of. I own the OOMA Hub. Thanks, Sandy :?

Everything is ok here. Do you have a cell phone you can use to confirm this?

I would disconnect your Ooma device from the power for about 25 seconds and reconnect. Let it boot up to blue and have her test again.

Hi Wayne,
Thanks for your reply! I did unplug the OOMA, router & modem for 25 seconds and even rebooted my computer, then plugged it all back in. But it still did not work.

I don't have a cell phone to try it, I've been calling my mom to try and call me each time I tested. Are there any other reasons it could happen? I do live in Michigan and it's been windy lately, so it may be an outside line. Is that possible? My mom did make a repair call to the phone company. Maybe tomorrow it will work!

Perhaps, your mom is the only one having issues calling because of her phone line condition....try another person to call you to see?

Read this thread, they are having an inbound calling problem with the Ooma Hub also.

Hi,
Thanks for all the tips! I did do a hard set on the HUB, but still not working. I had another person try and call, but I'm unable to get calls. Any other suggestions?

As an after thought you might want to power cycle your modem/router as well. (turn off, wait 25 seconds and turn on)
