Please update your documentation Advanced Connections and Service Ports (https://www.ooma.com/app/support/advance ... vice-ports) to indicate the proper UDP port range. I recently had to troubleshoot an issue where there was no voice and found out that my Ooma telo was using UDP ports greater than 20000, yet the documentation states the range is only 10000 to 20000.

I have been having difficulty placing or receiving calls the last week or two. I changed the firewall settings to include UDP outbound ports 10000-30000 instead of 10000-20000, and it seems to have solved the problem. Apparently they changed the ports that Ooma uses, without letting the customers know and without updating their documentation.

Thanks for pointing this documentation error. The server port range was expanded beyond the previously documented range. I've updated the article to have UDP range 10000-30000.
