Three times I've received calls from a phone number shown only as "5" and a caller ID of 101825. Two of the calls were just within the last 2 hours. I've tried blocking that caller ID but Ooma will not let me because the phone number is only a single digit. Since callers have the ability to spoof their outgoing caller IDs, shouldn't Ooma be a little more flexible and allow users to blacklist any Caller ID, especially the ones that are intentionally designed to be deceptive?

I am currently an Ooma customer and a Voipo customer. I once had a couple calls to my Voipo line from 000. Voipo supports blacklist wildcards, so I was able to add 000******* to my blacklist to block these calls. So to answer your question... yes, Ooma should add wildcard functionality to their blacklist feature.
